Leaders & Teams
Your English isn’t the problem. What happens to you under pressure might be.
You already know how to communicate. My work is making sure your judgment, authority and personality arrive intact when the stakes rise.

Three ways in
- 01Executive 1:1Private work on the conversations already on your calendar.
- 02For companiesSenior and international-facing teams, in the situations the business actually faces.
- 03Executive Pressure DiagnosticNinety minutes. One conversation. Before the room does.
This starts with a note to me. The private client space is included when we work together.
The work
More than a thousand hours of private 1:1 work.
Many long-term engagements run six months and longer.
A large share of private work has come by introduction.
That work has included founders, members of founding families and people leading significant businesses.
01
Executive 1:1
The room gets harder. You shouldn't get smaller.
We work with the situations actually on your calendar: negotiation, difficult conversations, presentations, meetings, disagreement and leadership moments.
Not hypothetical exercises. The real conversations.
02
For companies
Your strongest people should not become less effective because the working language changed.
I work inside companies with senior and international-facing teams, combining focused group work with selected private sessions when useful.
The work is built around the situations the business actually faces.
03
Executive Pressure Diagnostic
90 minutes · Private
One important conversation. 90 minutes to get it right.
For a negotiation, presentation, interview, board conversation or difficult meeting that matters too much to simply see how it goes.
Bring the real situation. We pressure-test it before the room does.
Discretion
Some of my strongest work will never become a case study.
Much of my practice is private by design. I work close to people, families and businesses where discretion matters. Their names are not marketing material.
The absence of a logo wall is intentional.
There is usually one conversation where the problem becomes obvious.
If you already know which one it is, start there.
